Margaret Pappano
President, CEO, & Founder

As president of TSCM, Margaret oversees the office administration including all financial, human resources and marketing functions. Ms. Pappano has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas and was one of the Top 20 Female Executives in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal.

Frank Pappano
Senior Vice President & Founder

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations, Frank oversees the TSCM service operations, sales force and the entire contract and bid proposal process. He has over 30 years of experience in sales and management in the industry. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia and a Masters Degree in Chemistry from the University of California.

Pablo Pappano
Vice President of Operations

Pablo has been with TSCM for over 10 years. He oversees all company operations in California and Arizona. He has improved the quality, productivity, and overall performance via his video presentations on operations, procedures, and safety in the workplace. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola Marymount University where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors. 

Daniel Manzo
Senior Director of Operations

Daniel has been with TSCM for over 20 years and oversees all of our divisions in California. His journey with TSCM began as a blower and through hard work and perseverance has climbed his way up to becoming an excellent Senior Director of Operations. He is responsible for the scheduling and quality of our services and he oversees all training, hiring and operational aspects of the business. He conducts regular monthly meetings and works directly with the personnel he supervises.

Carlos Mendez
Director of Operations

Carlos joined TSCM in 2008 and is a former Ace Parking Manager. He collaborates with the Senior Director of Operations to meet our clients’ needs, conduct job walks, communication and coordination of services, service quality follow-ups, and managing the operations team and fleet.
